Nepenthes

I’m entering #worldillustrationawards by @theaoi in my usual style - on the deadline day (the extended deadline, of course)

It’s a pitcher plant stealing a sandwich from the custodian of a botanical garden. The victim of the said theft was caught off guard as he was pondering over the crime that took place in his precious garden.
He had to fight back to retrieve what was left of his lunch. I hope I got the disapproving frown right.

The silly idea came to my head while readinv „A Koń w Galopie nie Śpiewa” by Wojciech Zimiński and Artur Andrus.
